About Our Founder

Founder & Managing Director

Meet the person behind Safeing House

Our founder started with a single import desk and a notebook of every buyer's name. Fifteen years later that habit — remember people first, build second — is still how every site is run.

Founder & Managing Director, Safeing House

We do not sell flats — we hand over homes, on time.

The story so far

Md. Rezaul Karim founded Safeing House in 2011 with one import desk, one phone line and a simple rule: never promise a date you cannot keep. Word travelled through the sourcing community, and the desk grew into the wholesale network that still runs today.

In 2019 the company delivered its first mixed-use building — Dhanmondi Plaza — sold out before completion and handed over on the day it was promised. That handover set the standard: buyers now queue for the next one.

Today he leads construction, facility management and resale from a single office near Gulshan, and still walks every active site every week.

The journey

2011

The import desk

Started with one sourcing desk — small consignments, honest pricing and a notebook of every buyer's name.

2015

Wholesale network

The whisper network became a wholesale network: 120 retail units, tiered pricing and credit terms for serious partners.

2019

First handover

Dhanmondi Plaza — 40 shops and 24 apartments — sold out before completion and handed over on the promised date.

2026

Building the skyline

Gulshan Heights, Banani Trade Centre, Uttara Green Enclave and Mirpur Lakeview rising together — 260+ units delivered.

A building is not finished when the concrete sets — it is finished when the family moves in and feels at home. Everything else is paperwork.
